We asked them a serious of questions and asked them to answer the questions honestly and provide us with feed back to help future customers. We had been looking for several months for a horse float,including second hand floats that were a couple of years old, and then we found Kings Floats website. The site is quite informative and well presented, We decided to make a few enquiries and several phone calls later we purchased our 3 Horse Angle Load, and have been impressed with the float and level of service provided ever since. We asked what seemed to be a million questions during the process and was satisfied with all answers provided and prompt response to phone calls and e-mails, and they even sent us photos of the float during manufacture. Dealing with Kings Floats from the first contact through to after sales service has been excellent and always pleasant. We are very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for another float and have recommended Kings Floats to friends and acquaintances and we are happy to show off the float and will keep doing so. I am chuffed Near Gladstone QLD Seven years ago my husband and I bought a bare property with the hopes of finally having my horse in the same post code as me! As I knew we would be doing a lot of fencing and building I sold my float as I couldn’t see the sense in it sitting around the yard gradually rusting away. Late last year it was finally time to replace my old float so I started looking in the usual places (newspapers, magazines, internet, etc). Whilst I was on the computer I went into the Trading Post site and found an advertisement for “Kings Floats and Trailers”. I followed the path to the web site and was really happy with what they were offering. I was looking for an extended straight load float as one of the horses I have is 17hh and the angles didn’t seem to be big enough. I remembered that when he was racing they used to have to take out the divider and allow him 2 bays. I looked at the extras that come as standard on the float and was very impressed with what they included (ie. Front tack box, rug rack, convertible beds). All other floats I had seen both new and used wanted a minimum of about 15 grand and didn’t offer any of these things. So after speaking with the “boss” I sent off an email asking for more information. This led to quite a few emails as I live in Far North Queensland and was unable to just pop down and take a look for myself. Tanya answered my many, many questions without hesitation and put my mind at complete ease. Finally I made the decision to purchase the float. She helped me organize the transport to bring it up and even got it registered for me. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and excellent service! The float arrived and I absolutely love it and so do my boys! My husband and stepson are both in the welding trade and have given it their tick of approval – which believe me is no mean feat! I have been sorting out my gear and now I have to go and purchase all new stuff as it doesn’t seem right to put anything else into this beautiful thing! I am looking forward to getting out and about and showing off my new acquisition. I have to admit I was a little nervous about spending such a large amount of money on something I hadn’t actually ever set eyes on physically but it has definitely worked out well. I am very happy with my King’s Float and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends who are looking to buy a new float. So thank you guys, couldn’t be happier!!! As we travel every weekend, its becoming quite funny. QLD This is just a quick note to let you know that We arrived home safely and the float towed beautifully. We are very happy with it at this moment, still haven’t used it to pull the horses yet but the weather has been so awful here we decided not to go to the dressage comp this weekend due to the high winds. Online, after a friend mentioned the company to me. I had been looking at 2nd hand floats around 4-5 years old. Didn’t think for a second that I’d find a brand new float with all the extras I wanted in my price range! J Were all your dealings with our company pleasant? Tanya and Karren were wonderful to deal with. They answered every silly question I had along the way. I ordered my 2 horse extended angle load before I’d even seen one, and they made me feel really comfortable about doing this. Were you totally happy with your purchase? We are really happy with our float, we had a lot of trouble getting the dividers out the first time, and since getting the float home (drove from Brisbane to Mackay) we think that the gas struts on the tailgate are not as good as the standard springs that you get on most floats. But overall very happy, we are having a ‘float warming’ this weekend so I can show off my new purchase to all our friends and family. Would you recommend us to your friends?
